O’Halloran & O’Brien are delivering the groundworks, substructure and reinforced concrete frame package for 25 Cuba Street, a 52-storey residential development comprising 434 new homes and approximately 100 m² of ground-floor commercial space.

OHOB initially acted as Principal Contractor from September 2025 to March 2026, managing the site establishment and early stages of construction before continuing with the delivery of our specialist works package.

Scope of Works:

Principal Contractor & Site Establishment – management of the site setup and coordination of trades during the initial construction phase
Groundworks & Substructure – excavation, foundations and associated ground-level works
Raft Foundation – construction of the reinforced concrete raft foundation
Sprinkler Tank – construction of the below-ground sprinkler tank
Drainage – installation of below-ground drainage
Reinforced Concrete Frame – construction of the 52-storey reinforced concrete frame
